On June 18th, the Apengjiang Bridge, the first high-span railway bridge in China, was successfully completed. The first high span means that the pier is 123.5 meters high and the main span is 240 meters. The long span of such a high pier is rare for domestic railways. The successful completion of the Apengjiang Bridge marked the completion of the work in front of the Zhangjiajie Changde Railway Station and won time for the entire line of timelines.
