Introduction

PU sandwich panels is a kind of board used for enclosing structures, which has good heat insulationand higher intensity.It can reduce the heat transmission caused by difference in the internal and external temperature, and get to maximum efficiency of freezing and refrigeration systems.

Our sandwich panel is new type of polyurethane rigid foam used as an insulating material for refrigerators and refrigerated display counters. It consists of partially and fully formulated polyol blends containing all the raw materials and auxiliaries necessary for foaming.

Density:PU sandwich panel is produced by injecting PU with a density of 42kg/m3 between 2 metal sheets with formed surfaces to increase durability. Polyurethane injected panels with 42 kg / m3 density, locking mechanism, proper for all kinds of refrigerated cold storage rooms.

Cold room door panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by camlock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints.
